A team seat lets someone create and run polls under the team plan. The owner manages seats and billing.
The owner manages the team and billing; members use an assigned seat to present.
Who uses a seat
Teams Starter and Teams Pro each include 10 presenter seats, including the owner. A pending invitation reserves a seat until it expires or is revoked. Participants answering questions do not use presenter seats.
What members can do
Members with an assigned seat can create and run polls with the team’s plan features. The owner controls team membership and billing. A member does not gain access to the owner’s billing controls.
Shared session usage
On Teams Starter, the team shares 20 counted sessions each month. Teams Pro has no monthly session limit.
When someone leaves
The owner can remove a member or revoke a pending invitation to make the seat available. Removing a seat is not a way to reset the team’s session usage.
