Quick checks to help you keep a live session moving.
Check how participants are joining
Confirm the join code or QR code, check that the session has started and test the network connection.
Participants cannot join
Check the join code, the participant web address and the internet connection. If the page is blocked only on a work network, follow the network-access guidance.
Results are not updating
Confirm that the participant has submitted a response and that the session is still open. Refreshing from the same browser should not create another participant.
