Content Standards
All poll content including questions, response options and open text must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or harmful. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches this Policy without notice.
Data Responsibility
The customer or relevant organisation is responsible for participant or session data it chooses to collect through PollSpark. If that content includes personal data, the customer or organisation acts as data controller and must comply with applicable data-protection law. PollSpark processes that content on the controller's behalf as data processor. PollSpark separately acts as data controller for technical and operational data used for billing, security, service operation and platform administration. You must not present a session as anonymous to participants if Anonymous mode is not enabled. Participants have a reasonable expectation that their responses are handled as described at the point of collection.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Contact hello@pollspark.co.uk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to relevant authorities including the ICO.
