Acceptable Use Policy
Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using PollSpark, operated by PollSpark ("we", "us"). By using PollSpark you agree to this Policy. Breaches may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Permitted Use
PollSpark may be used to create and run live polls, surveys and interactive sessions for lawful organisational, educational and professional purposes.

You must not use PollSpark to:
Content Standards
All poll content including questions, response options and open text must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or harmful. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches this Policy without notice.
Data Responsibility
You are responsible for all data collected through sessions you create. If you collect personal data from participants, you are the data controller and must comply with UK GDPR. PollSpark processes that data as your data processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Contact hello@pollspark.co.uk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to relevant authorities including the ICO.
